Single varietal oil Picholine, a variety that originates in southern France, is a very piquant oil with slightly bitter notes. The Pendolino variety originating in a well-known Tuscan variety is endowed with a nice pepperiness making this oil a great companion to salads and roast meat.
Extra virgin olive oil is a blend (coupage) whose base, with approximately 80%, is made up by the Leccino variety. This oil is endowed with delicacy, freshness and notes of green olives and it can easily be used in the preparation of various dishes.
